Serve the cabbage with TJ’s Chicken-less Mandarin Morsels (or Mandarin Chicken) or Thai Vegetable Gyoza for a quick and tasty dinner.Add fresh minced or powdered ginger and any other vegetables or protein you want. Cook chopped broccoli or cauliflower with the cabbage-they will absorb all the flavors of sauce as they cook together. It’s easy to transform the cabbage into a ginger and vegetable stir fry.Top it with tamari or soy sauce and a drizzle of Sriracha. Combine the egg and the noodles, and add the Seasoning sauce. Use the spatula to break the egg yolk and blend with the egg white, let cook for about 30 seconds. Let the cabbage shine and serve it with a simple baked tofu and white rice. Use the spatula to push the noodles to one side of the skillet, and crack the egg on the empty side of the skillet.The balance of sweet, pungent, and umami lends itself well to many variations of fried rice: pork, vegetable, shrimp, and kimchi!
